3.1.- To our initiative, we proposed the Creation of arbitration tribunals in the Lawyers School of La Libertad - Trujillo. This School accepted the proposal according to date letter 1994, May 02 and 1994 December 06, we present "THE PROJECT OF ARBITRATION TRIBUNAL" (National and International).

3.2.- Author of the Project and curriculum for the creation of the Political Sciences and Law Faculty, in the National University of Ucayali (UNU), of the city of Pucallpa, presented in 1995, August.
